Protean (formerly NSDL eGov) operates the longest-running NPS CRA portal at cra-nsdl.com and the NPS information portal at npscra.proteantech.in. Subscribers can log in, transact, switch schemes, and download statements.
Open Protean CRAKFin Technologies operates the parallel NPS CRA portal that subscribers can choose at registration or migrate to later. Functionally equivalent to Protean for PRAN servicing, statements, and transactions.
Open KFin CRACAMS Repository Services operates as a CRA in the NPS architecture with its own subscriber and intermediary portals.

The eNPS portal is the online registration and contribution platform that runs on Protean CRA infrastructure. New subscribers can register, complete e-KYC, generate a PRAN, and contribute online.
Open eNPSBoth Protean and KFin publish CRA mobile apps that mirror the portal experience for login, contributions, switches, and statement downloads.

Published on npstrust.org.in. Includes assets under management, scheme-level performance, intermediary oversight summary, and operational metrics for the year.
NPS Trust reportsPublished on pfrda.org.in. The primary source for regulatory updates on investment guidelines, exit, partial withdrawals, KYC, and intermediary norms. Circulars override older FAQs where they conflict.
PFRDA circularsEach PFM publishes scheme-level portfolio holdings and NAVs at the frequency required by PFRDA. These disclosures are the basis for independent performance comparison.

Sets out the service standards that intermediaries are expected to meet, including timelines for registration, contribution processing, switches, withdrawals, exit, and grievance resolution. Published on the PFRDA compliance page.
